Another poison ivy-feeder, Marathyssa basalis (Euteliidae) from Iowa. To my eye, this remarkable moth looks like a bundle of cobweb-wrapped twigs.
There's a good reason bug nerds like me like to look closely at tiny moths like this Chinquapin Leaf-miner (Dyseriocrania griseocapitella).
